“Peek into the ocean”
Dear Parents,
It was a pleasure to have all children back after summer vacation. School doesn’t seem like a school without our children. Our little ones took some time to settle down after the vacation but soon adapted to the routine. This month’s theme was aquatic animals and the calendar was full of water activities that children thoroughly enjoyed.
Besides knowing about aquatic life, they also learnt about water cycle, things we can do with water and how we can filter and make optimum use of it. We are very happy that children are participating in discussions, brainstorming and coming up with amazing answers.
Our younger classes enjoyed “Peek into the ocean” by watching movement of aquatic animals and enhanced their vocabulary and senior classes put their imaginations on paper beautifully. Rain dance was the highlight where all of them danced to the tunes of songs and rain from sprinklers.
As a routine, fumigation was done to counter the menace of mosquitoes.
Parents are requested to use mosquito replant patches/creams and make children wear full sleeve T-shirt to avoid mosquito bites. All school vans were serviced and equipped to give better facility and move on Delhi roads and a thorough cleaning of the whole school took place in last 15 days of June.
We all are looking forward to next month that is full of celebrations and festivals. We are also working on our website and very soon will make it live. We would request all parents to go on it and give us your feedback.
