Our Little Pearls journey began in 1993 when we started Pearl Fashion Academy. Our passion for education didn’t stop there and inspired us to create a space for the little learners of the world. Our founder, Mrs. Payal Seth established Little Pearls in 1994 and here’s how it went…
I founded Little Pearls with a vision to bring international standards to early education during the 90s in New Delhi. Through travel and experiences with my grandchildren I was inspired to create a facility that offered global-level educational tools and a space for healthy brain development.
My goal was to introduce an innovative approach to early childhood education that sparked curiosity present in young children; and that vision has evolved to keep us ahead of the curve. Today, we remain committed to adapting and growing through research, ensuring our team is continuously trained to meet each child’s developmental needs, individually. I continue questioning what invites the children back to school with smiling faces, eager to explore, ask questions, share stories, exchange giggles, and dive into a world of imagination. My dedication goes beyond running a preschool. l aim to build a supportive community for parents, educators, and specialists. Through research-based workshops and experiences, we strive to foster collaborative learning and share best practices, enriching the early childhood development journey for everyone involved.
We aren’t just a preschool, we’re a place where children hone the art of learning and discover the joy of being themselves.

In partnership with our parents, we foster a culture of respect, inclusivity and empathy, enabling our children to flourish as happy and purposeful global citizens.
We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, where every child is secure in the knowledge that they are loved and cared for. Our holistic learning program encourages curiosity, exploration and play. Through experienced teacher guidance they discover the joys of developing a love for learning.
Our mission is to empower children to be globally-minded learners, embracing diversity with understanding, respect, and compassion.
The Pearls are people who value the love for learning and believe in evolving through their community. We are proud to say that not just our learners, but even our parents are involved in this journey.
