NEWSLETTER FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2022

Dear Parents,

A warm welcome to the last month of the year 2022. Time flew by too quickly and we are at the last leg of the year, making beautiful memories.

November was the month dedicated to show respect and gratitude to all our community helpers. We invited a gardener, a florist, a doctor, and a pilot, to come and share facts about their profession with our little ones. It’s great to learn about how we help each other in our day-to-day lives. A big Thankyou to all Parents who volunteered and partnered with us in educating our children in a fun, interacting way.

The children learnt about their neighbourhood, community living, the services provided and roles played by people living in a community.

The range of activities varied from baking and cooking to visiting a post office, building a community centre in class, Pretend play with doctor’s kit, pretending to control fire using fire extinguisher, delivering newspaper in all the classes (pretend play), flower arrangement, gardening using different tools and many
more!

Theme related story books and rhymes were introduced.

A special two days event was organised to celebrate Children’s Day on 14 November 2022 in the school premises. The days focused on children and their enjoyment. Students of all classes participated in various sports activities and races. All the children were given medals as a token of appreciation for the efforts made by them.

The children were overwhelmed and enjoyed the magic show with smiles and amazement.

On Oct 29, the Parent Teacher Meeting was conducted and we gave the first term report cards. It gives a glimpse to the parents into the academic world of their child. Many children are eligible for admissions to formal schools for the academic year 2023-24. The Nursery admission in formal schools will commence from Dec 1. We would be happy to be of assistance, in case any help is required.

We are looking forward to the coming month with the theme”Seasons & Christmas”.

Thank you,
Little Pearls
