Dear Parents,

Welcome back after the summer break!.

We hope you and your family had a relaxed and enjoyable summer holiday. The return to school has been smooth and all children have settled in their respective environments.

We welcome all the children and parents who joined Little Pearls in the month of July. We are excited and looking forward to have a year full of fun filled experiences with your child

The theme of the month was “Transport” as it is always the most favourite theme to explore among children. This gave each one of us an opportunity to know each other better.

Children learnt about different modes of ‘Transportation – Air, Land and Sea
and about traffic rules and signs. They learned about different ways to travel
such as through motor cycles, boats, aeroplanes, buses and a train. They also learned about various construction vehicles like cement mixer, Dump Truck, Rollers, Diggers and others. Some of their projects included painting a toy car,
wheels impressions in mud, matching/sorting/counting transport vehicles, airport pretend play, road pretend play, etc

Theme related story books like like amazing aeroplanes, Duck in the Truck, Peppa’s noisy boat trip, etc and rhymes like aeroplane up in the sky, choo-choo train, etc were introduced.

Our little engineers had a blast with their parents at the transport-themed Lego workshop organized by Little Pearls in collaboration with @bricks4kidzdelhi . Our young adventurers embarked on an exciting journey where they got to build their very own transport masterpieces. It was heart
warming to see parents and kids working side by side to bring their Lego creations to life.

The next month Theme would be Aquatic Animals & Birds.

We are looking forward to a new month of animal exploration and lots of festival celebrations. Please mark your calendars for the Independence Day Celebrations on 14 th August and the Parent-Teacher Meeting on 5 th August.
